January 1992 to May of 1992, Hester Appraisal Inc, 7840 El Cajon Blvd. Suite 299, La Mesa Ca 91941 Independent Fee Appraiser. Work experience is same as above.
January 1990 to 1992 Century 21 Golden Homes, Real Estate Agent, El Cajon Cal. Assisted buyers and sellers in the market place. Due to a need for appraisers in the real estate field, I returned to the appraisal field.
January 1988 to 1990, San Diego Mobile Home Appraisal Services. I created, owned and operated this company because there was a need for personal property appraisers. Mobile and Manufactured home appraisal for loan companies. Board certified by NAMA, National Association of Master Appraisers.
January 1988 to 1990, Viva Mobile Home Sales. El Cajon Blvd. Owner Thomas Paden. Duties included listing and selling mobile and manufactured homes in parks.
February 1980 to November 1981. Century 21 C & C Homes, Greyling Drive, San Diego. I passed the real estate exam and went to work with my stepfather who was part owner of the real estate office.
